Runamuck Health & Wellness was created to help high-performance individuals manage stress, regulate their nervous systems, and take control of their performance.

I partnered with the founder to shape a bold, grounded brand—from visual identity and tone of voice to digital strategy and on-site storytelling.


Runamuck Health & Wellness was born out of a mission to help professionals regulate stress, build resilience, and take control of their performance. As the brand’s creator and strategist, I was brought in to craft a visual identity, tone of voice, and foundational storytelling that reflected its unique ethos: strength through calm, power through presence.

The Process

  • The founder—a former special operator and trauma-informed coach—needed a brand that would resonate across two seemingly opposing forces: elite performance and nervous system regulation.

    The challenge was to create a professional, rugged, and wellness-forward identity that could appeal equally to executives, athletes, and veterans without falling into clichéd health or military tropes.

  • 1. Voice & Discovery

    I interviewed the founder to understand his goals, story, and method. From this, we defined Runamuck’s brand pillars: calm under pressure, embodied leadership, and resilience.

    2. Visual Identity

    We developed logo concepts that blended rugged outdoor aesthetics with clinical precision. The final design featured a sinus rhythm, mountain, and wave—symbols of vitality and flow.

    3. Iconography

    I created a suite of minimalist icons representing the CLEAN method: Central Nervous System, Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition. Clear, flexible, and rooted in coaching language.

    4. SEO & Messaging

    I authored SEO-optimized website copy, built keyword lists, and helped shape a site voice that felt grounded, empowering, and direct.

  • Runamuck launched with a strong, distinct identity that communicates trust, clarity, and emotional depth. The founder now has a scalable platform that supports 1-on-1 coaching, workshops, and executive training.

    The brand is now positioned to stand out in a crowded market—not with noise, but with authority.
